What’s the weirdest thing you have ever experienced while working for a cleaning service Vancouver?
CL : I do not feel comfortable answering that question. I feel like I am betraying the confidence of the people whose houses I clean.
Okay. No problem. I don’t want you to betray a confidence.
CL : That’s fine. Actually there is not that much to tell. Nothing exciting anyway.
Can you describe a typical day cleaning a house?
CL : Well, typically I clean between two and three houses a day. Usually the home owners are there when I arrive. A lot of the time however, once I get there they leave to run errands or some such. I think me being there makes them a little uncomfortable and that is the real reason why they choose to leave when I get there.
Have any of the home owners ever admitted this is the reason why they leave?
CL : No. That would be pretty awkward if they told me they were leaving because I made them feel uncomfortable, don’t you think?
Come to think of it, I guess you are right. Do the home owners trust you to lock up the house after you leave?
CL : Some do. Some conveniently arrive just when I am about to leave. Others tell me it is okay to close the door and leave it unlocked.
Do you think that working for a maid service Vancouver is difficult work?
CL : It can be at times but I got used to it. It is a little boring actually but I can get myself into a zone where it does not bother me most of the time.
Does the incentive of being paid deal with those types of issues most of the time?
CL : Yes. Of course. I know that I am being compensated for the work I do. This motivates me to get the job done and do a good job at that.
